Course Description
|
This course is one of the technical projects management. It provides the student with the required skills for planning, implementing, managing, controlling and ending large information systems projects, and ensure the quality of projects under construction and after completion. It aims also to give the student the advanced requirements for sophisticated projects and identify the targets and the end users of the project, as well as managing multiple projects areas. The course seeks to cover the standard requirements for the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the requirements for CMMI Software Engineering Institute (SEI) by the use of programs designed to assist project management. .
