Seminar about "Software testing" at Faculty of Computing in Rabigh

A seminar titled "Software testing" was presented by Dr Samir BOUCETTA at the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology in Rabigh (FCITR) on Monday 19/12/2011 at 12:00 PM. The seminar was attended by FCITR Faculty members and some students.
 
In his lecture, Dr. Samir gave a presentation on the process of software testing and its importance in producing error-free software. He explained the impact of software defects and failures on the safety and coherence of data, and the economical and social effects on organizations. Dr Samir presented also the different objectives and levels of testing, and the methods that are commonly used. He ended his lecture by talking about the testing tools, their main features and their importance in the acceleration and success of the testing process.
